Daniel Schudt is a massage therapist, FRC® mobility coach, and yoga instructor from Germany who has worked with local and visiting (landlocked) surfers on Portugal's coast for almost two decades. Through this experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the common weaknesses and mobility restrictions that contribute to surf-related injuries, stiffness, and pain. As a passionate surfer in his fifties, he is driven by a continual desire to research, refine, and create highly effective training sequences designed specifically for surfers.
