They just have to be charged. A surfer’s health is about movement, training, and mental fortitude. But it’s also about lifestyle: good sleep and—of course—nutrition.
After a surf session, when I have friends over at mine I get compliments for the hearty lentil stews I cook in winter - and for the rainbow salads I make in spring and summer. Colorful and rich - a full meal. Some call it a bowl.
I created the Super Salad Matrix to encourage you to go wild with salads. How to integrate protein, carbs and great flavour. I go organic whenever possible (always with eggs and chicken). Have some cans with pre-cooked beans in the pantry and then the only food prepping you need to do is boiling rice or potatoes in advance, the day before maybe.
